Intensive Fire’s home since 1998 has been the Kiwi Hotel in central Bournemouth. The hotel is close to the town centre and within 100 yards of the sea. Dedicated parking is available, although limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The hotel generously provides reduced accommodation rates and allows free use of their space for gaming.  Bed and Breakfast is available for £37 per person per night, single occupancy, or for £30 per person per night for double rooms. Evening meals and daytime snacks are available in the hotel, or from a range of nearby pubs, restaurants and other eating places.

Nearest Rail Station - Bournemouth - approx 1.5 miles.

For foreign visitors, lifts can often be pre-arranged to and from major airports in the south of England, including London airports.

As well as providing the home of Intensive Fire, Bournemouth provides an excellent base for the military historian, being within easy reach of important military museums at Bovington Camp, Portsmouth, Winchester, and Aldershot.
